These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PropCortex platform, operated by PropCortex Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware, USA. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. 1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. 2. Account Registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 3. Permitted Use. The platform is provided for lawful real estate investment analysis and research purposes. You may not use the platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform; (d) resell or redistribute platform data without written authorization. 4. Subscription and Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. 5. Data and Analytics. PropCortex aggregates data from third-party sources including MLS feeds, public records, and economic databases. While we strive for accuracy, valuations, forecasts, and risk scores are analytical estimates and should not be treated as appraisals, guarantees, or investment advice. 6. Intellectual Property. All content, algorithms, models, and software comprising the platform are the exclusive property of PropCortex Inc.. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription term. 7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropCortex Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. 8. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. 9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. 10.
